The Initial Consultation fee is FREE!

Initial Consultations are required prior to first service.

The consultation includes filling out the Indigo Pet Sitters 2016 Master Agreement, Q & A's, meet & greet, vet information, home care information, medication information, and any notes on your furry friends current lifestyle.

  I require a deposit of 100% of services in order to hold reservations.

  All IndiGo Pet Services are to be paid prior to service.

I also  require a  key when service is booked, or garage and alarm codes.

Rates for Pets:

Rates for visits: apply for 1-4 pets, if you should have more then 4 pets please contact me.

If you have both dogs and cats, no problem!

Negotiation of rates per animal, depending pets behavior, frequency and location: available for specific situations.

I do not discriminate based on the type or breed, age, or disability of your pet, and evaluate the temperament of all animals during the consultation.

Additional Surcharges:

$5 fee for last minute services- less than 24 hour notice for each daily walk.

$10 fee for last minute services- less than 24 hour notice for overnight stay/vacation plan.

Major Holidays are Available:

$7 visit fee is added per major holiday

$20 overnight stay in your home fee is added per major holiday

Major Holidays include:

Easter, Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day.

Cancelation Policy:

Should you need to cancel your reservation-NO refunds only CREDIT for future use.

• Cancellation with 2 days or less notice, no refunds or credits.
• Cancellation with 1 week notice, half of your payment will be credited for future use.
• Cancellation with 2 week notice, all of your payment will be credited for future use.
• Note: a reservation is NOT complete until a payment is received & deposited.
